makes 2 martinis
8 ounces brewed Peet’s Cafe Domingo coffee
2 tablespoons honey
6 ounces fresh lemon juice
2 cups ice
lemon wheels (optional garnish)
edible flowers (optional garnish)
- Stir the honey into the freshly brewed coffee and set aside until cool.
- When the coffee is room temperature add it to a cocktail shaker along with the lemon juice and ice.
- Shake until frothy, strain into chilled martini glasses and garnish with a lemon wheel or edible flowers.
