Coffee Lemonade Martini Recipe

makes 2 martinis


8 ounces brewed Peet’s Cafe Domingo coffee
2 tablespoons honey
6 ounces fresh lemon juice
2 cups ice
lemon wheels (optional garnish)
edible flowers (optional garnish) 


  • Stir the honey into the freshly brewed coffee and set aside until cool. 
  • When the coffee is room temperature add it to a cocktail shaker along with the lemon juice and ice.
  • Shake until frothy, strain into chilled martini glasses and garnish with a lemon wheel or edible flowers. 
  • Enjoy responsibly.
